Great photos and disappointing reality Positive: Location is great and the panoramic view is breathtaking. Staff members were very nice and helpful both in written and personal communication. Negative: The condo looks great on the photos: nice, polished and modern looking but after you book the property and move in you can't do anything with the flaws and disappointments and little things that can't but affect your comfort and your travel mood. It's a shame that the host is not able to provide this polished and expensive (!) property with basic supplies that make a stay nicer. I've rented dozens of properties of any budget in my travels but never did i see such poor supplies. A coffee maker but no ground coffee. A tea kettle and 2 tea bags for 4 guests/3 nights. Salt, pepper, olive oil and that's all. Soap dispenser at both bathtooms, both empty (bar soaps were present). No first aid kit, an absolute must. Old cheap chairs in the dining area were shabby and worn out. No paper napkins. So many things that are always present at properties like this just were not there. The cleaning was terrible. Thick layer of dust on black furniture, clumps of dust and hair on the carpet. I wouldn't appreciate this type of flaws and mistakes at any property but at the property priced like this it's just ridiculous.
